If she did not want to be photographed, she COULD/and SHOULD have asked him not to take pictures of her and then called the law. As soon as she touched his equipment, she was in violation of common decency and getting physical elevated it into a criminal assault charge that will stick. The video insures that. Most LEO's tend to take a dim view of males that strike females, so I do understand his unwillingness to reply in kind, even though it does make him look like a wimp.

I hope he has the intestinal fortitude to file a civil suit along with pressing the criminal charges.
