If you guys are building to the plans you will run into the same issues as i have. One major change i have made was the cockpit area. The plans have it removable frame F6 all the way to the firewall F1. This obviously interferes with the cabane struts. I added two extra formers just behind F3. This is where the removable cockpit will connect to the fuse. I added some notes to the plans in the pic below. I modified FT3a so that i can drill peg holes for mounting the cockpit. FT3a i glued to the aft side of F3.
