Should you stay with gas ;consider the G26ei. It is very reliable and very user friendly. At 2.5hp and a 16/8 Master Airscrew prop, my cub with a little bit of flap will do a short field takeoff and climb out at about 30 degrees. Just a little something to think about for the future.
