Thanks for the replies. I wish the guys at the HS shop would have told me this the other day when I was in there trying to buy a JR switch. It didn't occur to me to ask if they would interchange. I should have guessed since I am using hi-tec servos with the JR reciever in one of my planes now. And John I have shaved several Futaba plugs so they would work in other radios.

Getting a switch and battery will let me add a second plane to my old radio. I bought the JR off E-Bay for a good price and love the radio. This is the only JR I have ever had and once I figured out how to program it, it has been totally reliable. Never had a single glitch. It came with three analog servos and two JR digital servos and a second reciever that still had the antenna wire coiled up. The other receiver had been installed in a plane but never flown. I am about the last dinosaur flying the 72 band at the field. I am looking at 2.4 radios but am still confused on what to get.
