Fnq a fuel leak would not be that obvious on the day considering the very small amount you carry in the tank was it 30mls? easy to get caught out in the heat of competition as you know.As a kid we flew control line with a cox .049 baby bee (i think) and soldered our own tanks up.As you know there's always a danger a small amount of water will sit in the lowest corner.
