"You can't tell a book by looking @ the cover". This is especially true of "used" engines.
I bought a "used" FA-450R3 a while back. While it looked great on the outside, it was a basket case on the inside.
Tear it down & have a good look @ the innards.
It it may self destruct on start up if you don't. That FA-450R3certainly would have.
