jes you haven an Tamiya leopard the suspension mounting is very divenet to the HL system and very well. The main reason because i have doen it here at the HL Chasi was to get fix points for the Suspension and a fix platform for the gearbox.
In standart HL setup you are able to move the sproket up and down nearly 5 mm with only your fingers, and thats was for me the final point to start working on that improfment.
You know a simple gear box brace plate would cure that for you.
