Outside of the TurboHeader and the C&H Ignition I haven't seen anything that would enhance a Saito's performance. Some things are just so simple and straight forward that improvements are hard to come by.
How ow many RADIAL Saitos have you worked with?
That is what I repeatedly cite. That Radials will be the type of engine mist likely to benefit from cold air induction rather than pulling hot air from inside the cowl.
