Generally if I need to do an electronics upgrade, i upgrade them not swap them out for something only marginally better. there are options for the RX 18 but their 2.4 version isn't it. look at some of the other options out there since you will be replacing the main system. Dan has a really nice RX 18 system with excellent sound . Don't just settle for a linear swap, Upgrade it.
