Here are a couple pictures of the current setup. There is still some slop in the system because of flex in the pushrod, nylon servo arms and control horns. As you can see the linkage goes between the wing and the aileron which leaves a very short arm for the aileron horn and is part of the "slop" problem but I can't connect at the bottom of the aileron and I really don't want to go out the top of the wing with the linkage. So this is the
current preferred setup.
