You should never see any type of glitching due to programming on your transmitter.

If you are referring to odd or unexpected servo movements, it may be that you have another Pmix active that is causing your problems. If in doubt, it would be suggested to go into a completely blank model on your transmitter and set your mix up there. If there is no unusual behavior seen then your transmitter is fine, and again what you are noting may be due to another active Pmix.
