TFA is not really 'rules', but rather reorienting the battle detector (especially the Tamiya System Unit) such that the less sensitive hit areas are facing cardinal directions relative to the gun rather than the normal 45 degree from cardinal direction of gun.

This procedure is normally uniform for All tanks, so there really is no special advantage from one tank to another.

If you ask about IFA (Invulnerable front armor) then that is a special Battle system for tanks with frontal armor so thick that most guns (at the time) could not penetrate frontally (like the Maus or Jagd Tiger).
