That actually sounds like a solid plan. I have heard nothing but good things about Franks rings. To the point that I am wanting to get one for the YS 115 that I race with. If I continue to have issues I will be pulling a cylinder and piston off and send them to him. In the meantime I need to find some Penzoil air cooled. Just to clarify if you are not familiar with the origin of this particular engine. It was manufactured in Spain.
