That is correct! Like I have stated in other discussions about this FAA issue. There are already laws on the books to deal with these people using these multirotors in an unsafe matter whether it be FAA, local, municipal, or state laws. We don't need the "knee-jerk" reaction of the government to "create" a new law to combat what existing laws can already do.
If enough of these people are fined heavily under existing laws the word should get out and others will either stop or seek out instruction in the proper and safe way to fly .
