Ace - VERY Impressed. I read your early posts on the why and deciding it was time to build you big "Mac Daddy" plane; I know exactly how you feel. I've been feeling the same about getting onto restoring my grandmother's 64 Studebaker Hawk. Maybe it's time. The video you linked to very early of this model with the Valach 170 is fantastic! That engine sounds delicious!
I'm still missing the look of the NACA Cowling found on it's older siblings, but yours sure looks like it's going to be an awesome beast. I am honestly envious; both of this aircraft and you having a chance to do your "Big beast" build. Congratulations!
