Default Sensei motor shaft repair and motor shaft replacement. NEED HELP AND INFO!

Our club has 8 Sensei Trainers from Tower Hobbies, but many end up with a bent motor shaft on the original brushless motor after an accident. We want to be able to replace the bent shafts with economical replacements. Three Questions:

1) It seems IMPOSSIBLE to remove the motor shaft from the bell housing without further damaging the shaft or bell. Yes, we've taken out both hex keys from the bell end, but the shaft refuses to be removed. Also, some, but not all versions of the original Sensei motor have a nut on the inside of the bell that seems to attach to a threaded collar that the motor shaft goes through. This nut and collar also seem to be locked in place, as if glued together. Any one have success removing the bent shaft and nut-and-collar, and do you have any hints on removal?

2) Alternate replacement shafts are NOT available from Tower/Hobbico. Anyone know all the exact replacement shaft dimensions?

3) Tower and Hobbico are not helpful with the above questions, and questions about alternate motor replacements, or ideas about SLIGHTLY more powerful replacement motors for the Sensei. Any help here from those who have had success?

Thanks. Frenchstan.
