You are spot on with crow. The guys who I have set it for on their UF (mind games!) I use 3mm, anymore than 8mm it just makes the wing less efficient

With 3mm crow on your ultra flash, what is your flap throw with that? - I just want to make sure I set mine up the way yours is.
