The OS/Futaba works well but the Jeti Mezon 90 Lite is my choice. I like the programmable BEC that allows me to use the lightest of backup batteries that seldom need charging and I would be lost without the telemetering. I can see that my 10s is charged prior to takeoff and I can see how much I used during a flight by glancing at my transmitter. I also get an audible warning if I reach 4000 mAh. Of course I can read out many other parameters for the whole flight with a little more effort. The only catch is you need a Jeti transmitter to go with it.
