Spent a few hours in work today multitasking between washing wife's car! an Xcalibur I'm building for a customer and the Navy UF shown earlier, which is being build by one of the team, but I elected to do some of the "tarty" stuff like the Nose door set up. I realised there are still people who make the nose door too narrow, so I thought i'd go through my process again. You can see how much wider the door actually ends up. I size the door first in width, then the opening and finally the door length.
