I've used Bill Jensen's engine service a number of time with no problems and I've been quite happy with his service. Last Wednesday my ST 61 was delivered to BJ Engine Service but yet I never received the usual "its here" email from Bill. I waiting about a week and sent an email but no response. So today I called only to get a recording that only said to leave a message or send an email. Turns out you can't leave a phone message as the message que is full.

So does anyone know what is going on with BJ Engine Service. I figure all the silence means something bad is happening but don't know what. Thanks.
