I have done this in several airplanes now so I don't suspect that you will have any issues with your installations either. I too see more poor installation on everything these days then ever before, that is why I made the statement a couple of posts back to use the best shop practices when installing whatever in airplanes. I know you have probably seen these pictures before but others may not have.
