They aren't growling much with the throw, its the growling at neutral that I dont understand. Once I tap on the elevator lightly (up or down depending on which way they were last operated) it stops.

During max throw, the servo arm is being twisted slightly. So I'm kinda worried that it could either prematurely wear the servo shaft, bearings or gears or cause the ball link screw to loosen. It's hard to see in the photos I posted, but it is getting twisted for sure. So there is some torsional stress being put on the servo arm...
