Re: the twisting? Is this because the servo has more throw than the control surface? In other words, no twisting until the control surface has moved as far as it can? If so, sounds like you need to get into your end point adjustments, or move the control rod in on the servo arm. Or am I still not following? -Al
Re: the Amsoil stickers. One of those comes in every case of Amsoil. We used to go through several cases a season when snowmobiling, so even after putting them on the sleds, over the years I had a stack of those things that I threw away a year or so ago. See a local dirt bike/snowmobile dealer to see if they might have any laying around they'd like to sell.
