If I can make a suggestion, the vacuum is not as tight as it could be on the tool. If you drill 1/16in holes in corners and details the sheet will pull tighter to the tool. The holes have to go thru to the interior of the mold to a cavity for the machine to draw vacuum. This way the tool draws the sheet tight to the surface and the details are crisp and clean.
The canopy frame to window surface offset should be 2X the sheet thickness, minimum, so the edges are sharp.
The clarity in the photos looks good so your temps are ok from what I can tell. Nice work!
