Risking a thread highjack......Sorry Russ, I can't make a recommendation. I have never run the 33 on muffler, only pipe. But I believe a 19x10 would be ok. You should get around 6600-6800 rpm. I agree it is as sweet an engine as OS has ever put out. Piping this thing is simple and the output nothing short of amazing.
