The wrinkles are here to stay due to the botched patch work with the old purple covering. But here is comparison shots of the new on top of the old.



Since I have no intention of ever using them again, I removed the old ailerons buy cutting halfway through the top on each side of the hinges. Used a screw driver to peel the balsa and covering back, then peeled the aileron off the hinges..
