Yes, it looks like there is one extra cylinder on the T-50. Very similar gear though. Looks like the geometry is the same though so most of the engineering is done for you guys.
It is simple the KAI T50 was designed in USA by Lockheed Martin and build in South Korea by KAI ( Korean Air Industries) actually Lockheed Martin is partner in the T50 project thus the similarity between them,
