The scissors pointing forward are correct for the scale look
About the lead.....Getting ours to the factory CG took a fair amount of lead. Based on flight testing, over a pound of that lead came out to get to what I felt was a comfortable CG. By that I mean, pull a 45 degree downwind upline,roll it on its back and see what happens. On 3D planes I prefer they go straight, but on warbirds I prefer they pull slightly, but not alarmingly to the nose.
