Saturday night included a steak dinner and awards ceremony within the Museums main Navy hanger.
Scott Vickery led off the evening with Glenn Torrance our Co-Event and Primary Sponsor explaining the three trophies to be presented. Only model airplanes that flew would make the final cut and the three winners were magnificent!
The “Best of Show” this year went to Gotz Vogelsang with his 40% Eindecker that is a brand new imported kit. Gotz flew this wing warping beauty with ease. The pilot moves the control stick as the control surfaces move. Just a great flying and fun model. A super job Gotz, congrats.
