Please explain the problems you are having with it, Maybe it is not the carb and something else. Are you running the stock ignition? How is your instillation ? A picture here showing instillation can speak a 1000 words. Maybe the pulse hole is blocked on the cover and not the block. Or the diaphragm is dried out.
