you probably can buy them anywhere where you can buy RC-helis, starting at $12.- or so. they are not as important as having blades, but when installed properly (at the height of the carb.) the engine will run consistent in any flight position.
you can run your main tank empty and you will hear and see the difference once the engine starts using fuel out of the header tank
