A quick update for anyone building, or thinking of building, the Yak from my plans. Dave Schwirian of Scale Specialties now has a canopy available for the airplane as seen below. Contact me if you're interested and I will point you in the right direction. Oh, and I am working on laser files to go to Manzano Laser Works who will be offering a short kit.
My "Perestroika" prototype is currently with a friend of mine who will be finishing it up for me to the point of being ready to cover. Hopefully I will have some updates on its progress in the near future. It's been a looong time coming but I hope to have it up and flying in 2015. Fingers crossed!
