I never weighed them, I did think about it, but really who cares as long as it works.
As far as rings, your guess is as good as mine, for my own engine's if push come to shove I will make my own, if Frank doesn't make them.
Lucky for me I don't own one of these fine BA and so far I have not had an issue getting rings from Frank in the past.
