They all look pretty clean, I wouldn't rebuild them. Maybe a couple of drops of 3 in one oil, or transmission fluid to free them up from sitting. For values, I am not the one to talk about it, although I do seem to be a collector, I really am not, I have plans for everything. I think ebay is ok, there is also a MECA club, Model engine collectors society or something like that that you may want to check out too. Sorry about your dad. I guess it will happen to us all some day.
