It is Summit brand single stage metallic poly urethane [cheap] over Summit epoxy primer [cheap].
Nowadays, nothing is truly cheap but there are folks paying 5 figures to have junkers like this one restored, so this was done on a budget. A Falcon can only be worth so much, so this one already got more work done than it will ever be worth. It is fun now to just have mechanical tinkerings to do. I put in a Eaton ProTrac locker with a 4.10 gear and built a control arm to control pinion angle change when you jump on it. I got the idea from a 4 wheel drive forum. This arm works perfectly to control wheel hop for this street rod and it doesn't restrict axle housing movement or spring action like other traction bar products do..
