Very nice! What are you using to secure the cowl? I have been trying to find something like spring loaded rivets such as what is used on real aircraft access panels, but nothing small enough for this application.
If you look really close at his picture you can see slotted screws such as the one the arrow points to in the included pic. At least it appears to be.
