Well, Ira you have amazing mental powers because both the law and the FAA interpretation of the law say exactly the same thing. Model Airplanes, as distinguished from all other drones (by definition), will not be regulated by the FAA as long as the operators abide by the safety guidelines developed and maintained by nationwide community based organization.
