It seems to me there needs to be a more defined definition of what constitutes a drone. I used to fly R/C on the Space Coast of Florida, and we received FAA NoTAMs (Notice To Air Men) requiring us to stand down for hours before a Shuttle launch, and at least once for the Prez to visit. To a point, they were both protecting the shuttle/prez from idiots, and un-necessarily exerting their authority.
