Another tip, clean the wire pushrods! Try sanding them wet with 600 grit wet with oil, then clean them with solvent, and lub again with light oil, just a wipe, like a riffle bore. Oxidation causes a lot of drag against the plastic outer sheath.
on the nose overs, try a more neutral C/G, nose heavy will tend to tip forward, I have no such problem with the stock gear, also use up elevator while taxing and after touch down.
