Good point! I have seen 100cc carbs without the grooved pin on the diaphragm. All depends on which Walbro DLE copied. But you are 100% correct, if it does have this type of engagement and it is not done correctly then it's going to leak like crazy.
I have taken the carb from the engine, dis assemble it and wat do i find? yes the needle is not in the fork.
But when taking it apart not one of the packings ar in one piece.
So i have ordered a new replacement set, and will montage after cleaning the carburetor.
Hope this will solf the problem.
but in the mean time we have snow over here so flying seison is over.
Do a update if the asembling is complete and if the engine will work like it must be.
But this will take a while.
