This will of course never happen unless there is a will for it to occur. As the line of sight models offer no REAL threat at all, due to such limited range. That is why we need separation of type of model. How ludicrous would it be to include a C/L model in a NOTAM? To me it is almost the same thing with the difference between line of sight R/C, and long range FPV.
