These are not functions but flight mode.
The term function with the BAT 60 refers to channels.

You first need to assign your flight modes to switches from the flight mode window. Look at page 29 of the user manual for this.
Then offset your functions, change the curve for each flight mode from the function window. You can do this inside the wizard process or afterwards by selecting "model setting"->"functions".
You need to select the flight mode first from the previously assigned switch before changing the curves/ offsets.
