More oil less power.
Ithink 1l fuel is enough runing in time the enya abc engine.
That figure you referred to was after about 1/2 gallon of fuel from new on the test stand. Read the bottom of page 1. The 13.5k was on a nowhere near broken in engine.
More oil = more lubrication. I've found my engines run a bit faster on more oil; the Enya 30 included. More oil, better piston seal.
1L of fuel for break-in on the bench may be fine, but it will take gallons for that AAC Enya to really open up.
