Branded: I think the poll question / wording is misleading. I do not think midairs are in question. Turning on the TX is the main concern I see being discussed.

As to waivers, I have never seen a waiver hold up in court where there is gross negligence. Turning on a TX is gross negligence.

People change their minds when something bad happens to them.
