Well Taxman, I wish you'd be more specific about the questions and the supposed 'slant'.

As for what holds up in court, that's the whole point to this thread. Most reasonable people, after having signed such a waiver wouldn't pursue these matters in court.

And I don't agree that midairs, pits crashes, etc. are a whole different thing. I seen too many midairs, three of which I was involved in, to know that there's almost always blame placed on one pilot or the other.

These things happen. They have been happening for many years. This thread aint going to stop them from happening.
