Thanks crash, I was reading it wrong. Anyway, as stated, you can sign to limit your liability, but in the real world, it would be like signing a waiver to let your kids jump on the neighbors trampoline. You can sign the waiver so they can jump, but as soon as one falls off and breaks his head, you can sue because in most states, the liability waiver will not hold up in court.

As I said before, you are better off just being carefull and double checking before turning on by knowing who is on what freq. Signing a liability waiver will not solve your problem. If someone signs it, and then a year later looses a $4000 jet because some bonehead turned on his eagle II without a clip, he is going to go after the person for the full amount no matter what he has signed.

Kind of a mute point anyway. It is a good theory, but in my opinion, would never come to life.
