Yes that is it. I use the mix that the manual recommends for break-in and after break-in. I mix it with straight methanol for the 7% ratio and no nitro. Some guys mix straight methanol with various rc fuels to get the fuel-oil-nitro blend they want. For instance, I am breaking in the 99 with 50%methanol, 50% Cool Power (synthetic oil, 20%nitro) which gives me a blend of 9% oil and 10% nitro. But after break-in I will continue to use the methanol, 7% Evolution oil blend as the engine doesn't really need the nitro with an onboard glow. I also use the recommended Evo after run oil and 90 w gear oil for the rockers. Keep in mind that there many different preferred methods for these engines that all are good but these are the ones that I found on this thread and trial and error that work for me. That is part of the fun, I think and these engines require allot more fiddling with than the standard rc engines, so you have to like putting in the time with them. They are not plug-n-play!
