Well Saito originally recommended a 20:1 for their radial gassers. When Ray English came up with the mods for the FG84-R3, he recommended the 15:1 oil ratio for these engines. After trying to copy his mods from pictures he posted of his first effort which didn't work, Saito finally came to it's senses and licensed Ray's mods from him. the FG60-R3 is the first of the Saitos to incorporate those modifications. As to whether or not they will be incorporated in the other gasser Saitos, is anyone's guess but Saito does not seem to be inclined to disclose any plans.
So you are the beneficiary of lots of problems with the 33's and 84's where the rest of us wound up sending our engines to Ray if we wanted them to work....
