Well im going to say Savox has nothing to do with Spektrum or JR. Spektrum and JR are owned or at least distributed pretty much exclusively by Horizon Hobby. Savox is not on Horizon Hobby at all so I doubt they have anything to do with Spektrum or JR. Spektrum servos are JR, they used to have almost the same numbers, a JR275 was a S275. JR does make some nice servos, I used to use their 9000 series until I became a fan of Hitec.
