I am a member of three clubs and one has only 400 feet to land in. the others are 500 and 600 with long flat approach.
I just saw the P80 and Kingtech on the BVM site. I was comparing thrust and price. also trying to stay around 5000 or less. not going cheap on equipment, but the extreme jets and suitable turbines fit that bill for me. I always wanted an F-15 but the Skymaster ones look really old but might be ok. I would do the K-140 in it if would fit. The F-16 isnt bad but seems everyone has one or two. I do like the viper and not opposed to a fictional plane, just like the boomerang types.
